Thuy's recipe demos at forthcoming food festivals

I’m thrilled to have already kicked off this season’s on-stage cooking demos with my great friend James Skelton, Semi-finalist (final eight) in BBC MasterChef 2022. We presented together at the Local Flavours trade show at Norfolk Showground Arena on 20 March 2024. James cooked a wonderful Asian-inspired duck main course and I made a Vietnamese mango and prawn salad. Both dishes used award-winning honey from Louisa’s Honey.

I am delighted to announce an exciting summer ahead, with various on-stage recipe demos in Ireland and England. I will be at:
