Vietnamese bánh mì baguette with roast belly pork and crispy crackling

Hi everyone,
I hope you enjoyed my previous full-length recipe video on YouTube for the mango salad and the wonton noodle soup over the past weeks. This week, I have made my version of a delicious Vietnamese bánh mì baguette, with juicy belly pork and crackling, and zingy pickle alongside luxurious home-made mayonnaise. This is perfect if you are watching the Euro football or Wimbledon! It was great fun filming this and hope you love the video as much as I do. The recipe is in the video description.
